| Cutting the pizza with a cleaver |
That question made me think. I just bought a bag of the flat of Lebanese bread, which was done impulsively due to the 69c price tag. I thought I will work something out how to use this bread, but I got stuck.
That is, until the aunt suggested pizza. How genius. And then I bought the mixed shredded cheese (a mix if mozzarella, cheddar, etc), salami, and capsicum. Ketchup is available at the house, along with onion. I just wish I'd bought olives and holy basil.

Easiest pizza to make, really. All you need to do is to take one bread, squirt your fav sauce (in this case it's ketchup), make a layer of cheese, arrange the topping, and then layer the cheese again. You can do it your way of course, with more layer of cheese probably?

| Ready to go into oven |
Here's what it looks like after about 15 mins in the oven. I would recommend some more mins in the oven, as this one still has un-caramelized onions so they can taste a bit bitter. The cheese has melted wonderfully, and the Lebanese bread has become very crunchy. It tastes so good, I don't expect ketchup to be a great base of this simple pizza.
And the melted cheese. The complaints seem inferior to the sexy cheese here.

The second attempt uses BBQ sauce, because the aunt requested so. Same toppings, but with more sauce as the base. I thought my first ketchup-pizza is a tad dry.

I put it about 25mins in the oven, and the bread is uber crispy. It is apparent that I have put too much sauce on it, though, as it's kinda wet although it doesn't make the bread soggy.

So here's what you'll get from the simplest 'pizza': crispy bread, sexy melted cheese, tasty sauce, and lovely textures of the toppings. Certainly a crowd pleaser.
Who knows that Lebanese bread can be made into delicious pizza?
Oh, the next picture won't look very appetizing, but believe me, the slice is so addictive you won't even believe it.
